Please answer each question as completely and accurately as possible. The purpose of the application is to insure the best owner/puppy match possible. A $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy and is applied to the purchase price. The balance is due when the puppies are 6 weeks old. Before going home the puppies will have received the appropriate shots, microchipped, and de-worming. Puppies will go home around 8 weeks of age.

All Big Tex Labradoodles come with a 2 year guarantee against genetic diseases. Each puppy receives age appropriate vaccinations and de-worming. All puppies are micro-chipped before leaving. Once your puppy goes home, please do not hesitate to call with any questions.
**Contact breeder immediately if they determine they are unable to keep their dog for any reason. The dog is to be returned at buyer's expense.
**Never place their dog in a shelter, pound or similar facility.
